- Website refers to Mummy Care, accessible from mummycare.co.bw.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Acknowledgment
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, You may not access the Service.
You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.
Your use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company.
Content Uploads by Users
You may create, upload, and/or share content such as text, images, and documents via the Service. By uploading or sharing content, You grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content as part of the Service. You confirm that You have the legal rights to upload the content and agree not to upload any illegal or infringing material.

All content, features, functionality, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with the Service are the exclusive property of Mummycare Babysitters Proprietary Limited or its licensors. You are prohibited from using Our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content without prior written consent from the Company.
Purchase of Goods and Services
The Service allows users to purchase goods and services, including training, recruitment services, and merchandise. All purchases are subject to the applicable payment terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Promotions, Contests, and Sweepstakes
We may offer promotions, contests, or sweepstakes via the Service or on our social media platforms. Participation in these events may require compliance with additional rules and eligibility requirements provided at the time of the promotion.
Data Sharing and Marketing
Our third-party hosting provider, Host267, may have access to users’ full names, email addresses, phone numbers, and locations for marketing purposes. This data may also be shared with Host267’s business partners for similar purposes. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to sell users’ full names, email addresses, phone numbers, and locations to third parties of its choice for marketing purposes. By using the Service, You consent to this data sharing and usage.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. The total liability is limited to the amount paid by You through the Service or $100 if no purchases were made.

Governing Law and Disputes
The laws of Botswana govern these Terms. Disputes shall be resolved amicably through informal negotiation before escalating to legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at Our sole discretion. Material changes will be announced with 30 days’ notice.
